In the last 25 years I have, alongside my coachwork business, offered a service to Rootes Group owners, restoring
a variety of cars connected with all the different marques within the Rootes Group.
Over the years we have gained a reputation for restoration of Sunbeam Talbot cars particularly the
Alpine made from 1953 - 1955. We can of course include all the other models in this range, the Saloon and drophead Coupe,of
which we have restored several examples to a very high standard.
As well as these cars we can offer a service to owners of

Rapiers
Sunbeam
Alpines and Tigers
Hillman,
Singer and Humber cars.
In fact we have worked on or restored most of the models within the Rootes Group.
We do not pretend to be the cheapest but feel we offer value for money and our work has and is continuing
to win many awards.
For those interested in our work and perhaps contemplating a purchase or engaging us to help in their
restoration, I have purchased recently a 1953 Sunbeam Alpine to restore as a project to be displayed and updated
on the Project Diary page of this web site.
This car was built in 1953, sold in May 1954 to a titled owner near Grimsby when new. It has been
owned by a collector in this state for many years and a club member before that, when an attempt was made to restore it.
We will initially stabilize the condition of the car to work out a program to restore it, so
as work progresses please visit this site from time to time to view the results.
